1. License grant
You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use NYX. Ownership and copyright remain with the rights holder.
2. Permitted use
NYX may be used privately or commercially. Distribution, rental, or sublicensing is not permitted without authorization.
3. Modifications
Modification or reverse engineering is permitted only where mandatory law allows it.
4. Warranty
NYX is provided as-is. Error-free or uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, there is no liability for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits. Mandatory liability remains unaffected.
6. Termination
A breach terminates the license. You must then stop using NYX and delete existing copies.
